$27.00 for 30 amp
$29.00 for 50 amp
All sites are pull thru and full hook up water, sewer, electric, cable and wifi
Monthly Rates
$450.00 with cable
$400.00 without cable
Plus metered electric .12 cents a kilowatt
$100.00 electric deposit on all monthly sites
Minimum 3 month stay for monthly rate.
No refunds on daily or monthly sites
we are a 55 and over park
campers must be 10 years or newer for long term stay .
